If someone came up to me and told me that Squidward isn’t a squid I’d tell them they’re wrong and they should be careful spreading such blatant misinformation.
They would then tell me again, show me the Squidward Wikipedia page that says he’s not a squid, and I’d still not believe them. I’d maybe give this person a swift slap across the long side of their face, too.
But I’d be wrong.
He’s A Freakin’ Octopus
According to Wikipedia, the creator of SpongeBob, and I guess everyone, Squidward is an octopus. He has eight legs and a bulbous head like an octopus.
His name is a lie and so is my childhood.
